The only thing that has erased my KP! Like many other reviewers, I have always had KP and have never found any creams that help smooth my skin until I used this one! It is so easy to apply especially compared to many thick creams I've used in the past. I apply it after every shower and it keeps my skin moisturized for days and the bumps on the back of my arms and legs have almost completely vanished! It is not greasy at all either which is great and just absorbs quickly into my skin. I was concerned about Urea being a formaldehyde releaser, but from what I understand, Urea on its own is not, but synthetic Urea compounds are. For example, look up Urea vs Diazolidinyl Urea (Formaldehyde Releaser) on EWG and you'll see the difference. I can't recommend this enough. I also got the Smoothing Solution but didn't notice any results with using that, so I stopped using it. This lotion is it!

Exceptional customer service! I have to admit that I did not love this lotion the first time I purchased it because I have a very sensitive sense of smell and didn’t care for the way it smelled, though I did love how soft it made my skin. They gave me a refund no questions asked. They also asked me to send the bottle back for quality testing. A few weeks ago, the customer service agent I spoke to emailed me and said that they had changed the formula and asked if I wanted to try it again, at no cost. Whatever was changed, it’s MUCH better now, and I absolutely love it. I’m very impressed with the whole experience and will continue to buy!

So much pilling :( I love the texture of this lotion (so balm-y!) and the lack of scent, and it seems nice and moisturizing - but I wouldn't know because it pilled right off my skin terribly. I used this three different times, and each time my hands felt like glue. I wonder if I could have gotten a bad batch or something, given the rest of the reviews. A real bummer!
