Using the full set in conjunction with a dry brush has helped me get rid of ingrowns, soothed east coast insect bites, and has provided a simple (and fairly irritation free) moisturizing experience for summer skin. The Skin Essentials Set is a well rounded package. I view Speed Soak on its own as a situational product for environmental conditions (mostly when it's hot and humid) where my go to Carea Cream will be too much. Pairing Speed Soak with Comfort Cleanse transforms Speed Soak into an all season product since Comfort Cleanse's gentle cleansing doesn't strip all the moisture from your skin. Together, these could get me through a dry winter where I don't think Speed Soak paired with other soaps I've previously been using would cut it. The Buffing Bar has been essential to me for targeted, gentle exfoliation of minor scaling symptoms from psoriasis, while Comfort Cleanse takes care of the rest of my body.
